トリュフオイルの塩ラーメン、麺庵小島流
元は板橋の店で昼だけ白山の店舗間借り営業している。
無化調の鶏系塩ラーメン。トリュフオイルのせいか独特な臭みを感じる香り。
味はそこそこ、オイルは浮いてるから食べる際に攪拌したほうがいい。
